Meet Dr. Lauren Frisch

Dr. Frisch is originally from Michigan and studied Neuroscience at the University of Michigan. She also speaks Spanish, having studied at the University of Salamanca in Salamanca, Spain. Dr. Frisch then trained at the University of California, San Francisco to earn her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) and Masters in Orthodontics.

While in training in San Francisco, Dr. Frisch worked on the research and development team at Align Technology, the creators of Invisalign. She has a thorough understanding of Invisalign treatment and is proud to provide clear aligner therapy as an aesthetic alternative to traditional braces.

Dr. Frisch is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, San Diego County Dental Society, San Diego Association of Orthodontists, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists, and American Association of Orthodontists. She is very passionate about global health and volunteering. She was awarded a Global Oral Health Fellowship and Schweitzer Fellowship to perform research and dental care for underserved communities around the world.

In her free time, Dr. Frisch loves running, skiing, board games, and stargazing through her telescope!
